THE CEO TALKS: NAYANTAKA TO ANSWER CUSTOMERS’ DEMANDS

Talking about high-quality delivery services, we cannot exclude Nayantaka. Nayantaka has been proven to be a dedicated shipping company that satisfies its clients with 12 years of experience.  In response to market enthusiasm and demand, last year Nayantaka successfully launched a new service, a consolidation shipment that provides a much better rate for non-commercial clients. The CEO and Founder of Nayantara, Nidia Brakstad talks about the development of Nayantaka in this exclusive Q&A.

Q: Nayantaka has been developing well these days. Does Nayantaka have its own ‘unique’ strategy to compete with other similar logistic companies?

A: We always try to deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring that our services match our slogan, Trusted, Safe and Reliable. Our teams around the world are always available to answer customers’ needs and we will do our best to match their expectations.

Q: What type of services does Nayantaka provide? What is the differentiation with other similar services?

A: Well, we genuinely divided our services into two: Consumer ShippingService and Commercial Service. In the Consumer Shipping Service category, we dedicate it for personal shipment to your families, friends, or relatives in a small number of packages. In this category, there are two types of two services: Personal Door to Door and Consolidation Service.

(1) Personal Door to Door is a service where we pick up your packages at your home and deliver them to the door of your recipient’s address.

(2) Consolidation Service is our newsworthy service where your packages will be consolidated first in our warehouse then send them all together to the point of destination. We provide a cheaper rate while still maintaining the reliability and quality of our services.

Q: Interesting way to get a cheaper rate! What is the procedure of the Consolidation Service?

A: We have six steps of the consolidation process.

Step 1: You can straightforwardly drop your package off at our warehouse near your location.

Step 2: We will collect and pack packages into one big package

Step 3: We will send them to the destination city

Step 4: After arriving at the destination city, we will receive them in our warehouse

Step 5: We will disassemble the packages individually

Step 6: We will send the packages to each recipient and collect packages with the same destination and pack them together, so it will charge a cheaper rate compared to the other service.

Q: What do you think about the market response?

A: Fantastic! We are growing significantly, especially in our Consolidation Service. During the pandemic, traveling is mainly restricted. As a solution, we offer a service where we become a bridge/intermediary for everyone who wants to keep in touch with their loved ones. We provide a fast and convenient delivery service to those who want to give their relatives gifts or simply deliver your online shopping stuff

Q: We know that Nayantaka’s headquarter is based in the USA. Which country do you think has the most clients of Consolidation Service?

A: I might say it is the USA and Europe. However, the most significant growth for Consolidation Service is the shipping path from the USA to Indonesia. Hence, we decided to open more warehouses, and early this year we were able to lower the Consolidation Service rate from $23/kg to $21/kg.

Q: Lastly, what is the uniqueness of Nayantaka compared to the other delivery services company? Why should people choose Nayantaka?

A: Yes, people should choose us! (laugh). We provide prompt, efficient, and safe delivery services for your goods worldwide. You can only know our value when you try our service first. Try us and let us know how we do.

Q: Yes you’re right, we can say nothing until we try the service! We like this confident statement and finally, we hope nothing but the best for Nayantaka’s journey and continuous success!

A: Thank you!
