We also manage to find items when clients don’t have time to go shopping because they are busy or can’t leave the country, especially during this Covid pandemi.

Hi! We are Nayantaka Europe Team. We have worked as personal shoppers since 2015. Our base is in Hamburg but we also shop at destinations like Paris, Milan and Frankfurt. I also love cities like Amsterdam, Barcelona and London. South of France is also very good for shopping. We help our fashionista clients who mostly want new trendy shoes, bags, sandals, accessories, gadgets and other items when it comes to shopping.
We follow the trends and clients’ styles. At this time, our clients’ favorites are Chanel, Dior (most bags our clients’ order are Chanel & Dior), Balenciaga and also Saint Laurent.

How We Work?
- clients contact us through websites, email and whatsapp with their orders and inquiries.
- We communicate directly with you regarding the items and availability.
- We assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment, where required.
- Customers shall pay for the goods, the service fee and the delivery cost and transportation in advance.
Nayantaka Personal Shoppers help you buy US goods and get them delivered to your front door almost anywhere in the world! ,There are a lot of merchants in the US who won’t accept international credit cards. Some merchants require that the billing and shipping addresses match when a credit card is used for a purchase.

How We Work
- Provide the details of your order by filling the form out. If you would like to purchase from more than one store, please create a separate personal shopper request for each store.
- Your requested products will be delivered to the Nayantaka office. An email will be sent to you when your package arrives at our office in the USA.
- We will let you know when your purchase has arrived and ready to ship. You can request shipment immediately or wait for other items to arrive so you can consolidate and save on international shipping charges.
- An email containing shipping cost and important information will be sent to you.
- You also will receive another email with the tracking number of your shipment.
- $30 minimum or 15% of total order for stores that ship to Nayantaka office (whichever is greater).
- $75 minimum or 15% of total order, whichever is greater, for items that need to be purchased in store, picked up at store, or requires special handling.
- 30 Euro or 15% of total order for stores that ship to Nayantaka Europe office (whichever is greater).
- 100 Euro or 15% of total order, whichever is greater, for items that need to be purchased in store, picked up at store, or requires special handling.
2. Storage Fees: Free up to 30 days (Maximum 60 days)
*Any package held for 60 days will be automatically discarded.
All of Our Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
All payments must be made in US dollars to our company account at Bank of America.
- Other currency than USD will be determined based on the exchange rates posted at the foreign currency rate of Bank of America.
- Fund transfer using bank wire transfer will bear extra fee $16
- Fund transfer using 3rd party such as wise.com no extra cost.

Items may be subject to US Export Control Laws
The Customer’s own store account cannot be used for the order.
Customer’s private store coupon cannot be used for the order (Open coupons are acceptable).
Gift cards cannot be used for the order.
Order cannot be placed outside of Nayantaka business hours.
Buyer’s information cannot be revealed for security reasons therefore the store order details such as order number, tracking number, packing list and store invoice will not be provided to the customer.
- If the store’s purchasing process is not functioning properly and if there are problems and we are unable to reasonably contact customer service to get your order placed, there will be a minimum processing fee of $10 to cover our time and effort in trying to place your order.
- Personal Shopper fee is not refundable in the event the retailer cancels our order after the order is placed.
- Store return is not available.
