ViewSonic VNB131 ViewBook Pro ULV Laptop
ViewSonic, a familiar brand in the computer industry and also known as one of the global suppliers of computer displays, peripherals and other digital solutions, just jumped right into the no-mercy arena of the mobile computing market. ViewSonic’s incoming is the new 13.3 inches VNB131 ViewBook Pro Ultra Low Voltage laptop, a significantly “fresh meat” on the market that is out for blood to prove itself at the same level with well-established laptop brands.
At a glance, the VNB131 ViewBook Pro is surprisingly slim at only about an inch thick and is covered in stylish aluminum armor with slight curves and accents. Inside the VNB131 ViewBook Pro ULV notebook is the latest ULV SU7300 Intel Core 2 Duo processor running a Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, a 320GB hard drive and 2GB worth of RAM. It also has a handy removable DVD drive that can be switched with an extra 3-cell battery that adds four hours of battery life to the already 8-hour capable 6 cell internal battery. If you do the math, that’s total of 12 hours battery life – longer than most interstate of worldwide business trip.
